As Luzidhaus provides custom design and development services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced or been completed. Each project requires significant planning, strategy, and creative input that cannot be reversed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• We have not yet started working on your project.
• The initial consultation or first deliverable has not been provided.
• We are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our side.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

• The work has been started or completed based on the agreed terms.
• The dissatisfaction arises from a change in your internal objectives or priorities after work has started.
• Project delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication or late approvals.
